In the 90s I was the co-proprietress of The Big Top Hat Shop in Vancouver’s Gastown. The Victorian Circus was the theme, and in a fond salute to those heady days I created these Big Top hats!

This hat fits a 23 inch (58.5cm) head. The size can be adjusted up or down slightly but never fear if you are cranially endowed a custom size can be discussed.
